How do I know when my access expires?
If you have purchased a 12-month access: The expiration date of each content appears below its name in the "Contents" tab.
If you have entered the ISBN code of your printed book: Standard ISBN code access duration is 31 days. To continue accessing the free digital resources of a paper book after their expiration date, you will just need to introduce the book's ISBN again.
FOR TEACHER ONLY: Si vous avez un abonnement, la date d’expiration n’apparaît pas.
Pour les abonnements, l'accès au contenu est automatiquement renouvelé chaque année, c’est la raison pour laquelle il n’y a pas de date d’expiration.
Vous pouvez faire toutes les gestions relatives à votre abonnement depuis votre compte sur la boutique en ligne d’EMDL.
Accédez à votre compte en cliquant sur « Bienvenue [prénom] » en haut à droite de votre écran. Une fois que vous aurez accédé à votre profil, cliquez sur la rubrique Abonnements.
Depuis la rubrique Abonnements vous pouvez consulter et gérer tout ce qui concerne votre abonnement :
Consulter la date et le montant du prochain paiement
Résilier votre abonnement : Vous pouvez annuler votre abonnement actuel en cliquant sur le bouton Annuler. Ainsi, vous profiterez de votre accès jusqu'à la fin des 12 mois du cycle en cours, mais l'accès ne sera pas renouvelé.
