I cannot access the resources of my printed textbook - My access to the content with the ISBN code has expired.
The access to the free digital resources of your book (audio, videos, transcriptions, etc.) activated with the ISBN code of the printed textbook will last for 31 days. But don't worry, as long as the textbook is still available for sale and therefore still available on the platform, you can reactivate the access to the content as many times as needed.
Here below, we explain how to reactivate it.
Click on the Contents tab, then click on the blue button + Add code:
You must enter the student book ISBN code again, which you will find on the back of the book. You must introduce it without adding spaces, hyphens or any other punctuation marks.
You do not have to enter the ISBN of the workbook, since entering the ISBN of the student book already activates all the contents available for both (student book + workbook).
