I have forgotten my password to log in to the Espace virtuel platform. How can I reset it?
- On the home page of the platform, click on the ‘Forgot your password?
- Then enter your user's e-mail address and press the request a new password button.
- You will receive an e-mail with instructions for resetting your password similar to the screenshot here below from noreply@emdl.fr via amazonses.com
- Look for the e-mail entitled New password and click on the ‘New password’ link.
- If you can't find it in the main box, please check your spam/junk mail.
- Enter a new password, confirm it and click on ‘Reset my password’.
- Then log in and you will be redirected to the platform.
