My access code doesn't work

If you wish to activate a code for the first time, you must access your account on the Espace virtuel platform and click on ‘+ Add a code’.

If you already have products on your home screen and want to add codes, click on the Content tab and then on the blue ‘+ Add a code’ button at the top right of your screen. Don't forget to check the capitals, accents and spaces...

If your code doesn't work, it may be because:

your code has already been redeemed. Each code can only be redeemed once.
your code has expired. Codes are generally valid for 12 months from the date when they were purchased.
the code was entered incorrectly. Check capital letters, accents, spaces...
it is a code to join a group (6 character code) and not a code to add a product (20 character code).
it is an order reference number (9 letter code) and not a code to add a product (20 character code).

You have bought a hybrid edition and you enter the book's ISBN code instead of the code inside the book:

When you open the book, on the back cover, you'll find all the information you need to access the Campus Difusión platform as well as the access code, as you can see in the screenshot below.

You will need to scratch the silver-grey field to see the code.
